Dr. Carl + Tina Wilson
C. Carl Wilson, DBH, LPCC, CADC-II is the Director of Covenant Behavioral Health, an integrated mental health clinic with several locations throughout Southern California. He has earned a Doctor in Behavioral Health from Arizona State University and Master’s in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University in Saint Louis, Missouri. He is currently a licensed clinical counselor and supervisor in the States of California, Iowa, and Missouri. He has a license and certifications in Substance Abuse, Anger Management, and Human Behavior. He served in the Army for 11 years before returning to social service. He has worked for several years with the Department of Veteran Affairs, specializing in Military Trauma, PTSD and Substance Abuse. Dr. Wilson is an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International.
Dr. Wilson and Tina have been married for 24 years and they have three children. Tina is a Certified Anger Management Educator, Prepare-Enrich Facilitator and Lay Counselor with Covenant Behavioral Health. She is passionate about encouraging women of all ages in their daily lives as moms, wives, and young adults by offering biblical sound advice and practical application for a joy-filled life. She is a Mentor Mom for Mothers of Preschoolers International (MOPS).
Rev. Tim + Stacy Gaddy
Tim Gaddy serves as Senior Pastor at New Life Church in Cabot, Arkansas. He and his wife, Stacy, have been married for 25 years and have two grown children, Madison and Landon. Stacy leads the Arkansas Ladies Conference as well as various leadership responsibilities at New Life Church. Tim also currently serves as the Arkansas District Superintendent of the United Pentecostal Church.
Rev. Nate + Ashley Smith
Nate and Ashley Smith serve as an Associate Pastor at New Life Church of Cabot. Their passions are people, the Kingdom of God and finding good food. They have two boys, Oden and Judah. They are committed to leading people closer to Jesus Christ. Nate is the Youth President of the Arkansas District. ARYouth's desire is to create environments that enhance the opportunities to lead students into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
